Setterwalls Law Firm assisted the Norwegian company, Canica AS, in the sale of the Steen & Strøm Group to the French real estate group Klépierre and the Dutch pension fund ABP. In addition to a large number of development projects, the Group owns a total of 30 shopping centres in Scandinavia.
